Candiland Baking Co.
Founded by Candi, an educator with a master’s degree in play-based learning, our mission is to bring baking joy to children. Each session whisks together creativity, curiosity, and learning – bringing the baking fun to your home!
A typical session runs for about two hours and includes everything you need, so you can focus on the fun. We make sure every child leaves with a new recipe, new skills, and a scrumptious treat they’ve made themselves.
Each class is personally led by Candi, ensuring your little bakers are learning and laughing in safe hands.

Hello! I’m Candi, the founder of Candiland Baking Co. I moved to New York in 2025 from Liverpool, England.
Before beginning Candiland Baking Co., I worked as a first-grade teacher and earned a Master’s degree in Education.
Baking is a true passion of mine. I have fond childhood memories of baking in both my Grandmothers’ kitchens and I’ve been creating sweet treats for family and friends ever since.
Candiland Baking Co. combines my love of baking with my teaching experience, to provide enriching activities for children. Our sessions build number skills, encourage creativity, and introduce real-life science to your little ones (without them even realising they are learning!).
I’m looking forward to working with you and sharing the joy of baking with your children.
