What ages are baking classes suitable for?

Our ‘no-bake’ classes are designed for children aged 3+ and their grown-up helpers!

Other baking classes are aimed at children ages 5 and up.

Do parents need to stay in the kitchen?

Parents are welcome to relax whilst the session takes place, but are always invited to join in the fun!

All classes are led and monitored by former classroom teacher, Candi, so your children are in safe hands!

Do I need to provide anything?

We bring all the tools, ingredients and equipment needed for your session.

Your space should have enough room for all participating children to lay out their ingredients, baking trays, mixers, and tools.

We also require a microwave, oven, and sink. Stovetops are required for certain classes.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last around 2 hours, including setup and clean-up.

What do the children do whilst their treats are baking?

We are happy to provide word-searches, colouring in sheets, and similar paper activities for the children to do whilst their treats bake.

Alternatively, you are welcome to do something else whilst they wait. Previous parties have used this time to eat some food, sing happy birthday, or host party games.

Please note, adult supervision for the children is required whilst Candi keeps an eye on their creations!

How many children can you accommodate per class?

Private sessions are for up to 2 children.

Party and event packages are for between 3 and 8 children.

If you are interested in an event for more than 8 children, please contact us to discuss options. We will do our best to make this work for you.

What if my child has allergies or intolerances?

We never use nuts in our recipes. We can also alter certain recipes to suit both gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Please include this information in your inquiry or contact us for more details.

How much does a baking class cost?

All classes and parties are individually priced depending on your party size.
